Thando Furnitures Delivery

3 days ago I had posted my review on another platform to reveal my customer experience so I thought that I might as well post it on this platform as well because I am beyond impressed. My order was delivered 3 days ago and I can confirm that the overall service from the date I placed my order until delivery was A plus service. They promised to deliver within 10 working days but they took longer. Nonetheless I was not upset because their sales guy Lethabo kept on updating me on WhatsApp. The order included couches, floating stand and a queen headboard. My advise to anyone who is impatient and wants a floating stand is that you must expect to wait 45 minutes or just over a hour and half + for them to finish because they drill and install everything when they arrive. The headboard looks okay alone because they mounted it on the wall as well but i think something is missing. So I will probably speak to their sales guy because my husband and I feel that a matching base will go well with the headboard. Good quality furniture and service nevertheless.
