Stay away from Thandeka Pools and JP de Waal.

Stay FAR away!!!!!

We started building a pool in September. It's November and they're not halfway.

Pool is built completely out of regulations and the edges are 20-30cm above ground. Steps are way to high and the whole top will need to be redone. They built a 10m wall with no expansion joints which we had to request to be corrected.

Team shows up at 11, has lunch and starts packing up just after two. When they do show up, half the team sits and watches the other half work. Owner is never on site and is completely uninformed as to the goings-on on site. Lies from start to finish.

We had to get a different contractor to correct and finish the project.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
