Bullying, ******** staff

As a former resident, the staff that are the supposed 'care workers' are completely disrespectful, bullying and 100% ******** of mental disorders and the treatment of such. They threaten residents constantly with eviction; they are condescending and belittling and demand respect where they show none themselves. They don't know how to talk to people, treat people, and they most certainly haven't the faintest idea about 'caring' for people. They are apathetic, superior, unfair bullying and unqualified. I can tell you that other residents there are incredibly unhappy, some with thoughts of suicide. But they have nowhere else to go, and this is taken advantage of. "We can treat you however we want, and you can't do a thing about it," is the attitude. The entire environment is a breeding ground for paranoia and anxiety, something they're getting paid to alleviate for people who are already anxious and paranoid. The fact that they tout the center as a home away from home is nothing but a joke, and I really hope someone will look into the organization, as I am convinced they are doing far more harm than good, and they are doing so willingly. Shameful and disgraceful.
