No help from doctors or staff

I went to Australia from 22nd October 2014 to 16th January 2015. I came back to South Africa with a burning leg and arm. Between the hospital and government clinic I gave up! Asking the doctor at the clinic about my arm and leg he just smile and give me my chronic medication. Not even one look at my arm or leg. Being sick I went to Thambo Memorial hospital on Saturday. I received medication for laryngitis but still they can't have a look at my arm or leg. What is the use of even trying.
