cleaner attitude

We were on our way to the toilet and the cleaner complaint because we were passing the place that she already moped now we were asking her where is her sign to show that the floor is wet and how can she tell us that we don't even ask we just pass but we passing on the side that is dry.I asked her how can she say she cleaned but when we went into the toilet it was very dirty and so I asked her if she already finished cleaning the toilet why is it still dirty and she asked me is it her job to clean our shirt this is unacceptable hope that action will be taken.Name of cleaner is Busi.Thank you
