****** Bracelet

I went for a full body massage at a Thai with me at Century City, the lady took off my bracelet that i got from my mom when i was 18, she never told me where she put it and she never reminded me that she even put it somewhere. I never ever take it off!!!!!! My other jewelry i take off but not that....I called them just for them to tell me they will call me back at 7pm yesterday of which they never. I called them again for them to tell me they don't know where it is and when i asked for their managers name they said no they can't tell me..... They then laughed at me. This is disgusting and i'm so heart broken.
