Dont consider to fly business class with Thai airways

<p>on the 2 JAN i decided to fly business class from Manila to Bangkok and paid 430 usd for a one way ticket - not cheap considering its a 3 hour flight.</p> <p>the business class seats were old and dated and my seat did not even work - the air hostess said i must get up from the seat - then recline it and then get back on the seat - how crazy is that ?</p> <p>the armrest kept rolling back and the earphone jack was totally messed up.</p> <p>i am so disappointed with Thai airways - i sent them a compaline but they dont even reply.</p> <p>i at least expect some kind of refund - iw ill never use thai airwyas again - a waste of money</p>
