Bad builders

Thomas was employeed with a contract to build our house. He started the work and got his 1 payment. After payment was made it came to our attention that his levels are wrong. He contacted him. He first did not agree. Building inspector came out and we showed him. He contacted Thomas. 2 weeks later and Thomas is give us excuses for not coming back to site. He is a lair and a bad builders.
