Bad builder and building work

He was building our house and then we picked up the levels are wrong. He knew about it and told the builders to steel with dugga so that it looks level. He is a **** and a smooth talker. Stay away from him. He is reg at the NHBRC NR ***. I did also report him to NHBRC head office. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY WORK HE WILL ONLY COST YOU MONEY and give you all the excuses why he will not be on site or come to site.
