Bad service

I went there to make a quotation for event tickets. The woman at the reception gave me less attention, I felt I had to beg her to focus on me. The quote I got was that I would be charged R180 for the design and then a booklet of 20 tickets will be printed at R40. When I finally went in to place the order, I was told the design is actually R280 not R180, that I heard wrong. I then placed the order where the total amount was R480 but R552 was charged on my card and when I enquired I was told I was charged extra because I used a card. My question to them was that why would a method of payment affect a price? And I was told that's how they worked. On the 14th of December (not so sure of the date) I then received an email saying that they wouldn't be able to print my tickets because they'd be closing for the holidays and will only be back in January, I then requested to be refunded so I could go print elsewhere. Suddenly they were able to print out the tickets in few hours. I certainly will never go there again for anything and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
