Terrible Experience

Thrown out of my room… I was not pleased with the service and the unprofessional manner they have displayed. We were attending a conference and the rooms were booked and paid for two nights. Just to realize the second evening there is someone else in my room and to find my belongings to be packed and throwed into clear bags and left in reception. They did not even explain…or apologise. I felt violated and humiliated. As we had a dinner reservation, they arranged another room…two rooms from the previous one (evidently - enough rooms) The following morning I realized they left some off my belongings’ in the previous room. Could not even wash and dry my hair…At reception they did not even offer to make a plan that I could get my hair washed etc. Much later (±10H00) they brought my stuff…and 3 Managers came to make an apology and suggested that they would look into their processes going forward…Mpho apparently gave the instruction for my belongings to be removed – without explaining the rationale behind it (Mpho should not be a manager he is totally ***********) – Thaba Eco Hotel displayed no curtesy in the manner – this is how they violate their guests(4-star Hotel) – in my option they don’t deserve such a rating…
