Pending Accident Claim

On the evening of 12th October around 9:30 pm I was driving my Kia Cerato (reg: DJ37ZNGP) home on Route R558 with my 2kids. As I was approaching speed humps there was a car in front of mine moving slowly on the humps then i also slowed down avoiding bumping into it. As I was in the middle of the humps I heard a huge bang at the back of my car, then I realized that a White Isuzu Bakkie just bumped into my car. I stopped immediately to check at what has just happened. I found that my car has been badly damaged. the Bakkie was driven by the guy named Sam Kola( ***) & the Bakkie's reg is: (BR68ZM ZN) because I was travelling with kids I only went to the nearest Police Station the next morning to report the Incident they gave me the AR No: 29/10/2024 though i told them I didn't have an Insurance they said to give to the guy who bumped into my car and I did, then he gave that AR no to his Employer then the called me after 2 days to give me their Insurance Information. they are registered with MiWay the Ref no with MiWay is: C***. I called that Insurance immediately then they confirmed that they received everything from that Company and i was assigned to their Legal Advisor Kubeshnee Naidoo: Liabilities.
