There's a company called Thabie Mobile Spa we were meant do a detoxing program a 6 sessions programme, they only managed to do 1 session and they couldn't continue as promised due to their own reason. I contacted them asking them about the sessions they advised they still have personal issues we then agreed on refund. I was advised that I'll be refunded on a Monday (27th of November) since it's their banking day . Monday passed and still no refund from them. I called the owner on Wednesday (29th November 2017) and she advised there's been some issues but it should be sorted out on that day. Again I phoned her the next day and advised that since this missed their banking day she has transferred the money from her personal Investec personal account this was Thursday (30th November 2017) she advised that funds have been credited to my account they should clear overnight. I checked the Friday and still nothing I left her till Monday 04/11/2017 I called her and there was no response she then called me later on advising that there was problems with the finance department they transferred some huge amount to a wrong client and they should have started with my payment because it's a small amount but now they have a crisis as soon it's sorted out she will then process my payment . Mind you she assured me previously that money was transferred to my account already from her Investec account. I then tried to call her last week Thursday till today and she just ignore my calls and don’t reply to my messages.
