License money

I was there on the 13 of August 2025 to renew a license for my boss. I payed with his card and they said the payment didn't go through due to system failure. So i did what any good person will do and paid again. Later i phoned my manager and asked her to check if the payment was successful the first time and it was. So i talked to the manager at Thabazimbi Post Office and he said he will tell head office and they will refund the first payment. Well today is the 19 September 2025 and my boss gave me a warning and deduct my money for the one payment. I just want to know when are they going to refund the R919?
