Thabazimbi Municipality fails to pay supplier

Mokotli Projects supp**** 2000 reams of A4 paper at the appointment of the Thabazimbi Municipality on 23 May 2014. We attempted to get the municipality to pay the invoice by speaking to the acting CFO and then acting MM Sebastian Cheitezvi and Booysen respectively without any success and we were told that the Municipality was experiencing financial difficulties and as soon as the situation normalises the invoice will be paid. To date the invoice is unpaid. We are unable to repay the bank loan we took to buy stock and our credit profile is negatively affected. We have the PO and signed delivery note. The municipality under the ANC has failed to live up to the ANC's promise of empowerment and poverty alleviation as now my company is suffering as a result of their inefficiency. Now with local government elections coming, can the ANC that currently run the municipality be trusted with power given this mess? I understand now the municipality is under administration. In another meeting Mr Mogale who was acting as MM due to Mr Booysen's ill health promised to pay at least half of the invoice, this has not happened to date. We are swimming in debts because of non-payment of this invoice.
