Poor Management

This morning my granda nearly lost her balance going up the stairs at the mall as the railings are loose. She is using a crutch and could have got hurt badly. The sad thing is the railings are next to the disabled parking. What's the use of the railings then. Furthermore, the toilets are terrible. I've never come across public mall toilets in such condition, that says alot about the management team. This is not a good impression to me as a visitor or anyone thats using your facilities.
