Complain

On Wednesday 22 June 2022 I went Thabazimbi hospital to register my son circumsation to the lady who is registering for that she asked me the birth certificate for my boy I gave her my boy was born 2012 August after finishing she said to me I will be contacted to be informed with a date to come I then took vacation leave at work as I don't know the date will be so other week Wednesday I was phoned to bring my boy Friday what suprised me on my arrival at hospital the same person who assisted me from first day on registering my boy is the same person telling me that my born cannot be assisted as he is turning 10 years August 😭💔 but she should be telling me on my first day I took three weeks leave for nothing I was told to leave the hospital as the doctor cannot help me I was keeping on saying why today they phoned me to come today I should have being cancelled my leave and let my boy go school holidays and other parents also were going back with their kids same problem with me so I'm saying that lady does not love her job she must be removed from that desk and community are not happy with how she operate I waisted my leave days I need management of Thabazimbi hospital to intervene
