I hired a contractor thabang pools aka St pools ,owner Steve Thabang Chauke to do my pool and it's been 2 months now and it has still not been completed , he keeps saying he does not have money !! A big businessman that has been paid in full is now making his problem mine. I need my paving to be done and my solar heating and I have just been begging him daily to do what I paid him to do
