Thabaledi disappointed

False advertising. Borderline *****. Drove past it on our way in. Locked out on arrival. No Wi-Fi, no TV , no hot water, 1 working aircon. Had to boil water for our kids to bath. Not so much as a multi plug to charge a phone. Friendly staff moved us on Saturday morning. Lights in bathroom not working, no plug for bath. Was looking so forward to getting out of city for a weekend and was bitterly dissapointed to say the least. I would appreciate a response from Thabaledi
