Worst Service

I’m not happy with the service at Thaba Eco and how they treat small clients as myself because clearly that’s all I could make out . My event is an intimate and rather not a big one hence the treatment. I called several times, spoke to a few people but the name that stands out for me is BA in the events department. Drove the way from Springs so excited to meet up with her but instead she sent a very nice gentleman in their sales department. Ok we spoke and agreed upon a few things but when I received my quote it looked like nothing we spoke of. Sent an email requesting for clarification and amendments. Till this day no response. I honestly loved the venue for my women’ empowerment event but it saddens me that I wasn’t treated like a valuable client. Commutation with Thaba Eco dates months back and they don’t even follow up with their enquiries. That’s totally unacceptable. I had to pay a deposit at my second best venue compromised a lot just because they were more accommodating and treated me with respect. I’m so disappointed
