Weekly Thaba Eco Hotel restaurant loyal. Phone and money stole. Intelligence insulted

I had amazing service as a regular customer until I recently got my phone and money ****** on separate occasions. I asked to review the cameras but the manager gave sorry excuses of how certain angles of the restaurant can not be viewed, and why they cannot show camera footage, which resulted in them insulting my intelligence from so many different angles after they agreed to pay my bill. I tried to be understanding but the manager quickly tried to change on his mind on the initial agreement to settle the bill of which I have on audio record.
