Terrible service/ Not relaxing

I am currently staying in one of your rooms, I find it highly unprofessional that you have people installing your DSTV decoders whilst you have guests in the room especially during covid, we’ve now had two people in the room and nothing was sanitized after they’ve left. The bigger issue is that we book into your hotel for a relaxing stay and then we have maintenance happening in the room whilst we are checked in. It’s also taken 3 hours into our stay to get the tv working. There was also only one dressing gown provided. This has left a sour taste in my mouth.

It’s now 20:20 and getting hold of anyone here is impossible - terrible experience this far
