SHOULD NOT BE A FOUR STAR HOTEL

<p>Trying to organise a breakfast for my Grandmothers 85th birthday. they say they will not do a menu for breakfast, only lunch. So we change all the plans to accomodate the restuarant. the staff at Thaba Hotel retuarant will not accomodate the customer in any sense. </p> <p> </p> <p>the most unproffesional establishment who will not do anything for their customers. The customers have to accomodate the establishment. Having gone overseas to numerous countries, this would not work anywhere else. </p> <p> </p> <p>I think they should be downgraded to a maximum of 3 stars because fo their complete arrogant attitude. </p>
