Shocking!

My husband and I awoke round 03:30 on the morning of 30 December 2021 in one of your VIP rooms only to realize that there was someone in our room (the door automatically locks itself when it closes and is only accessible from the outside with a key card). We just saw someone walking out of our room and closing the door! We immediately put on the lights and looked around. We found that my husband's phone had been ******. We phoned reception and a security guard was sent to search the area. We found that a staff member working for Thaba Eco Hotel had my husband's phone! He had the spare key card to our room and had let himself in to our room while we were sleeping! The security guard found him hiding in the room next to ours (there were no customers sleeping over next to us), so he conveniently had the key card for that room too! Once my husband thankfully got his phone back, we lay wide awake in bed and we were not able to sleep, in shock of what had just happened to us. We then decided to come home as soon as possible to try and get some sleep at home (which was unsuccessful). Thaba Eco Hotel will never see us again!
