Refund for cancelled event

An event booking for a Baby shower was made for the 16 May 2015 at the Kombuis Kraal restaurant. Full payment was made on the 14 May 2015.<br> The event was cancelled on the 15 May 2015 as a surprise Baby shower was held on this day for me. <br> TYB said that refund forms will be sent to me for completion and the refund would be made a fee of R500 for cancellation would be charged. I agreed and awaited the forms. <br> The forms were only received 14 days later after me calling them to get them sent through. One receipt of the refund form it was completed and returned on the 1st June as I had given birth on the 26 May and was in hospital. <br> Several attempts to contact them via email and phone was unsuccessful. I eventually got hold of Desiree and she said she would follow up with Donovan and get back to me. A week passed - Donovan called me to say it has been captured and he would get back to me with a date this will refunded. Until today no response from TYB and no refund received. <br> I have explained to them in an email that this refund was desperately required as I have a newborn and the money is needed. <br> It is over a month a no refund has been received
