Poor service from Thaba Eco hotel

We booked a Romantic Night and Spa package for the 18 December 2020. The package included dinner and breakfast. However the restaurant insisted that we pay for dinner, as they were separate from the hotel. On checking out, the hotel promised to refund us the money I paid for dinner. Well, 2 weeks later I am still waiting for the refund and nobody is responding to my emails. For a 4 star hotel, I am disappointed by this poor service.
