Poor service at Kraal Restaurant

****ty and disappointing service. Table of 20 and only 1 waiter! Drink orders....Some of us received drinks 35-50 mins later. 2 kids, 2 milkshakes ordered, only 1 came. 1 kid ends up sad n starts crying. Food ordered at 19:25. 20 mins later does the manager come and say that there is no seafood? No seafood during the festive period? Like really? If ur suppliers out of stock...Find another ****ing supplier. The Kraal restaurant asks for a R2000 up front holding deposit. For what? ****ty ****py service with an already limited menu and no stock of seafood? Foodonly started started comming out at 20:54. This is absolutely pathetic service! I will never come back again!
