No body to assist us.

We are a reasonable size South African company based in the South of Johannesburg and mainly export our local product. We tried to book our international customers in at the above mentioned hotel in Feb 2015. We enquired about availability and what types of rooms were available on the Friday in order to comfirm with our customers. We recieved an e mail from the accomodation manager and we were lead to believe that there was accomodation avalible for our requested dates. On the following Monday we rep**** to an e mail send to us with rates and accommodation types sent bythe Accommodation manager. We received no reply. When we called we were told that she is on leave. We were put through to the reservations only to get told that they do not have availability and that we cannot be helped. When we enquired if we could speak to the accommodation manager's proxy or the General manager we were refused to be through to either person. The reservation person said to me \A lady already phoned and how can I phone her back"We are not expecting to be given accomodatin that is not avalible but we may have been some of the accomodation booked but nobody would listen to us.
