HOST OF THE MOMENT EMBARASSED BY KRAAL RESTAURANT

I am absolutely and utterly disappointed with the Kraal restaurant located in Thaba Eco Hotel , From the time of my booking to the time of my event they have had mishaps horrible customer services and a terrible way of trying to fix things , I had an event for my son Yesterday and booked a Table for 22 people , When they requested deposits it was paid within hours of request , when they advised that we should send our orders before hand I did that . My Booking was for 2pm and of course my guests started arriving just after 2 pm , A few of my guests walked in very irritated as the security and the entrance told them that they at the incorrect place and The Kraal restaurant is at the opposite entrance mind you I came through the very same entrance and I was directed to the correct place anyway when my guests sat down , I had to now run around and assist the Manager with coordination of meals (WHICH WAS SENT A DAY BEFORE THE TIME!!!!!) , My guests arrived at 2 and only received their food 3 hours later , in the time of waiting for the food we had no drinks on our table and when trying to order there wasn't a waiter in site , Until I made a hell of a scene and there after there was some sort of change but we still waited over 10-15 mins for drinks back to the food , when the food arrived some steaks were over done , some sides were incorrect guests, instead of beef burgers we received chicken burgers , The worst part was all the kids had to watch the adults eat while they waited over 40 mins for their kiddies meals 40 MINS TO PREPARE STRIPS AND CHIPS , when it came to desserts they told us they do not have the ingredients for the Tiramisu and we need to choose alternatives as I said horrible experience , for such a well rated restaurant I am so disappointed that they embarrassed me like this , The attitude we received from the manager was appalling , No apologies and No remorse for what they put me and my guests through ! I have never been treated so horribly , I have received better service at a Chicken Licken drive through !
