Horrible Treatment at Thaba Eco Hotel

I had booked accommodation through Bookings.com to spend time at their accommodation on the 11th February after my Birthday celebration at the same place. I made a request to check in and out later, since my Birthday ended late. I have proof from Bookings.com that the Hotel approved my late check in and out. After my celebration, I checked in late with no hassle. The morning of checking out later, I had just received my breakfast at their restaurant, when I got a call from an irrate Mpho Khoza. He told me that it's after 10am & my things r still in the room. I explained I had requested late check out which Bookings.com emailed to say it was approved. In a very rude way he told me to go to get my things out and leave as this was not approved. I had to leave my food & go to the Reception to show him the email. He remained rude to me and continued to ask me to leave. I asked for the Manager who arrived and explained it wasn't approved but please they need the room. I had to completely leave my breakfast in order to pack and leave the Hotel. The manner in which I was disrespected and treated in a rude way by Mpho Khoza was appaling. I brought this to the attention of the Manager called Wonder who promised they will deal with this matter with HR and I shud expect a call. No one called till I called the Hotel again. I spoke with another Manager called Themba who promised as well someone will call. No one called. Till the 5th March, I called again and explained to Themba that I am still waiting. He said to me he himself apologized to me, and if no one called me he doesn't know anything. I expressed how this is not like this Hotel and that I will go to report this disappointment to Hello Peter, he told me to go. All I want is for Mpho Khoza to acknowledge he disrespected me and apologize for how he kicked me out of the accommodation. I don't want any freebies from them. They treated me as their guest with total disrespect.
