Bad service being received during the planning of

We are actually appalled by the service we are getting from your wedding coordinators. We are having our wedding there on October 17 and the service we have been receiving is way below our expectations, considering the fact that you charge such high prices. We are just hoping that our experience on the day will be better but based on our experience we cannot hold our breath!
