Awaiting for my deposit

We've booked a weekend exursion on the 14th of August,at the time of arrival we were told that we have to pay R400 for pre-authorization little did I know that they deducted R800 without letting us know, we checked out the following day on the 15th and we were told that we will receive our money the following day,a week after we called they told us it takes a maximum of 7 days to reflect, funny enough this is the third week,they haven't reimbursed our R800,still telling us stories, wish I knew earlier that I was dealing with svammers.
