A night in Eco darkness
On the 4th of April I stayed a night at this beautiful place and it was peaceful. Problems: - The E-Bar operating times do not cater to residents. - The Kraal restaurant call buttons do not work. - We experienced a power outage and the backup generator did not kick-in - The telephone lines were not working so we could not get hold of reception or room service
With all this, no complimentary of any sort was offered. Even though the place is absolutely beautiful, if you cannot take care of your guests to the fullest then you are doing business wrong. I was personally disappointed.
Hopefully next time we will have a better experience.

We are unable to operate the Ebar at full capacity currently.
The restaurant buttons will be replaced.
Our generator had a fault and did not kick in, this has been fixed.
We are currently upgrading our telephone lines and should be upgraded in the next few weeks.
