Bad customer service
I have been charged twice and when I report I am told to send emails which are not being responded to and after several follow ups no one has bothered to respond to me. This is totally unacceptable. This is what we have to deal with in addition to old worn out furniture in rooms and grumpy frontline staff especially that Mashudu who doesn't even greet or smile and he said he will look into my email and come back to me. It's over a month now I am still waiting. Totally disgusting! The meaning of customer service is unknown. Please get your house in order!

Bad customer service

Dirty place.
The service is poor. The rooms are dirty, they fail to change bedding and pillow cases. The service at the restaurant is horrible and the toilets for the boardrooms are dirty. The place is just dirty.

Poor unpleasant stay
Poor customer service from the reception. The hotel is very noisy and smelling of tobacco smoke in the passage of the rooms. They were so noisy worse at night and after reporting they still didn't attend to the noise.

Noisy and lack of customer care
Very noisy hotel, no peace of mind, even after complaining of poor sleep due to noise nothing was done by management. It’s horrible!! People make noise in the parking area which is very close to the rooms. Security does nothing, guests are unruly and inconsiderate of others.
