Worst Holiday Ever

One of the worst places i have ever been:

Took them 2 days to repair a leaking pipe 2 days to deliver a fan which should have been in the unit Horrible dirt roads No showers in units Dirty and non-functional pools Rude unhelpfull staff No golf ***** to play putt-putt No petting zoo as advertised Non compliant electric fencing Staff have very bad attitude towards guests Pool table not functional - cues broken Shop does not even have stock of something as basic as bread Christmas lunch hall had very poor air-conditioning and was stuffy We left a day earlier because it was so bad (one full paid day) Very poor service all round

Would not recommend this place to anyone and especially not people with children
