Unprofessional Service and Ignored Refund Promises

Very disappointed with the service received from Thaba Monate Lounge. Everything was smooth and communication was excellent when payments were being made, but once it came time for our deposit refund, the service completely changed.

Thaba Monate confirmed that we would receive our refund, yet whenever it is time to process or follow up on the payment, they become unavailable and unresponsive. We have sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and made several phone calls regarding the refund, but our calls are being ignored and our messages are being left on read.

It is extremely frustrating to constantly chase after money that was promised to be refunded. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is unacceptable.

We simply want the deposit refunded as agreed.
