Terrible place

This is the most terrible place ever to go to, whether it's for one day, or a weekend. We booked a so-called "Safari tent" this past weekend (for my husband and me, that was actually for his birthday). My kids (who doesn't get big salaries, joint in for the payment of the weekend). When arrived, the lady in the office, walk towards the in-book file, and get our book in forms immediately. Then we struggle to get to the correct Safari tent (no directions whatsoever). We open the tent, tent-roof is torn, no proper bedding visible inside, no cutlery, crockery or even proper tools to braai on. The so-called hot swimming pool is not even under a roof. This is not the first time we had this kind of problem and I was sure it would be better and at least fixed this time. I asked for a refund (as we didn't even stay there, we went back home). Today, the guy from LekkeSlaap informed me that the owner of Thaba Monate, refused to give us a refund (according to the owner, the employee did offer us a chalet - which is totally false) They never even answer my e-mails, which I send more than once to them (after the weekend) Please, don't waste your money on this terrible place!!!!!
