My family and I had a traumatising experience. On our stay they stole most of our belongings whilst we were sleeping they took our gadgets,clothes and even took the car keys went inside our car took some of the staff that was there. What is sad is that anything could have happened to us because these people arguably burnt something to make us fall asleep hence we did not hear anything. Apparently its not the first time such an incident happens on the same caretakers watch yet they did not take any security precautions. Even their windows had no burgalars. Its almost 2months since the incident happened we are still waiting for our reimbur*****t they keep sending us from pillar to post. That place is not a safe place and they only care about money not the life of a human being as the following day business continued as usual. It should shut down.
