HORRIBLE PLACE

Terrible place! Do not stay here. The way the animals are treated here are socking. There are two ****atiels and one african grey and two fish tanks in reception. During our stay these animals did not ANY CLEAN WATER OR ANY FOOD! My family and I then went ourselves to give the birds clean water and food. Two days later they had still not received any new food and water since we gave it to them. We then asked the reception lady who takes care of the birds and she said that she gives then water and food each day (she is obviously taking ****, excuse my language) she was very rude towards us. The water bowls have algae growing in them and pieces of stuff lying in it. These birds should be getting fresh clean water daily! The african grey should be receiving half a cup of food each day! It is clearly malnourished. On top of this, the bird is obviously in distress as it is pulling out all of its feathers and i wonder if it is receiving any veterinary care. I also doubt that the outside bird cage and fish have received any food in a loooong time. As you can see the budgies are scavenging for food on the floor. The fish cage has thick green algae growing on the glass and you can barely see the fish inside. If these people do not want to or are incapable of taking care of animals then they should not have them!end of story.

It is horrific how these people treat animals as they work in a game reserve!! They should have a love for animals no?? I have reported the animal abuse to the NSPCA and animal-cruelty league.

I am absolutely horrified by this place and i hope all these animals get taken away. As well as they get fined for animal abuse.
