What a difference...
Following my initial complaint in November 2014, have since received correspondence from Richard Williams at TGP and following our discussions I feel that the plumbing issue has been resolved to a satisfactory level. <br> <br> It is a shame that it took awhile to rectify but all things considered I am very pleased with the outcome and it seems that they have improved their processes and I might have been the unluckily one and not one of many people.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br>
