TGP - worst construction company in the Cape

We bought a plot and plan development from TGP Construction more than 2 years ago.<br> <br> I took almost a year before they even started building, and a year later they we're still not done building the 51 units.<br> <br> Throughout we have received appallingly bad service from them. TGP does not give a damn about any of their customers. They are extremely rude in their interactions with customers, almost totally uncooperative in all regards. <br> <br> The worst is Anita, one of their so-called directors. She half-reads emails, and spends more time verbally abusing and yelling at her customers than actually trying to be polite and actually assisting their customers.<br> <br> While their builders have been on the site, we've had at least 4 incidents of theft / house breaking, and a host of damages to the common property and the estate property due to their builders and suppliers simply not giving a damn about being careful.<br> <br> Avoid doing any business with TGP Construction. They are a horribly unpleasant company to deal with, who treat their customers with complete disdain. You will have a terribly frustrating building experience if you deal with this utterly unprofessional company.
