Disapponting Build and not even complete yet

I would not recommend TGP to anyone. We are building in Avalon Estate and bought a home based on a plan and a photo in their brochure. A home with a double door at the entrance. They've built a single door entrance and after raising this with them they've agreed to change it at our expense. Their explanation is that we signed the plan with a single door. True, but what was sold to us was not what we given to sign. They provide a \mood board"of the finishings you get for the contract values. I specifically asked the estate agent if the tiles shown were for the R90m2 allowance in our contract and they had answered me YES and had referred me to a different board which showed the updated finishings for R100k more. This is completely UNTRUE. Your choices for what should be a luxury home (marketed as such) are cheap and outdated. And if you want to upgrade to a better tile and pay the difference in cost"
