Worst possible company to “haapen” to your car

Please read the full review and save yourself and car. I needed assistance with a car battery. They sent someone to come assist without asking for car model. The car is a bmw 1 series convertible - everyone knows you don’t jumpstart that vehicle.

The person that arrived couldn’t get the car started with a car battery charger. He proceeded to jumpstart my car with a tow truck a 24v on a 12v damaging my cars FRM module.

This left my car with - no indicators - windows not working - droptop not opening (basically messing up my entire car) - lights staying on - headlights not working -interior lights not working

When I showed these to the guy who was there he said my car battery needed to be charged for longer they’ll eventually work. They’re still not working. When I call the office I’m gaslighted and told I’m not a car expert. I got 2 experts who told me that the FRM is damaged and a truck was NOT supposed to be used to jumpstart my car.

The worst part is the gaslighting that these people do… They wouldn’t even bother to come assess the car themselves or send their own “expert”!!!!
