NEED MY MONEY 40k BACK

I deposited an amount of R40 000.00 which was a deposit for Some purchase order received from government project. The amount was to purchase for THERMOSTATS. They also send a proforma invoice after the deposit. The agreement was to pay the rest when upon payment after the project. So the project was canceled. So telephonically and emails we agreed on a refund. I started requesting for the refund since April 7, 2025. They kept hiding that "finance person is in meetings" till they stopped taking my calls and also my business associates did call too, we receive the same response "Let me go to finance and check" or keep the phone hanging until you run out of airtime.

Ms Sydney woods keeps lying via email and on calls.
