I need my money back

It started when i received a purchase order that was a ****. I googled and found the company below which sells thermostats that where specified on the RFQ received. I requested a quote and they responded. Then i communicated with them regarding payments of which i made a R40 000.00 payment and the rest of the money we agreed that it will be settled after invoice payment.

Immediately learning that the purchase order received was a ****, i called and requested that let us stop the process and asked for a refund. Ms woods said i should do it in writing so i have proof of the communication via emails and they didn't acknowledge until i send an email that i will involve the 3rd party. They promised to pay through their email and telephonically. To this day no communication or money instead Ms woods doesn't respond to our calls or emails.

Please assist me on this matter, i need my R40 000.00 back.
