Not Recommended - Poor service delivery and avoidance when required to refund fee's paid in advance.

I had to remove my ward after two terms at TFS Centre as term one and two were failed with supposed one on one tutoring which is what you are paying for. Communication from TFS Centre on issues and challenges are only brought up when you as the parent start asking questions after the fact. In July 2026 I moved my ward to an alternate tutor center and has jumped from a 30-40 % average to 80-90 % average. Makes one question the validity of the TFS Centre's assurance and commitment that all children are "Tutored for Success" Having paid for the tuition fee's in advance in December 2025 of R48312.00 my account is in good standing. After discussing concessions with the principle and her staff after the first term failure, this was put into place for the second term. No invoice was received for the concessions in June 2026 and yet with my account being in a positive with no monies owed to the TFS Centre I was slapped with a R500 "Penalty" for not paying the concession fee of R4000.00 in June 2026. Needless to say since June 2026 after numerous emails, WhatsApp's, and promises from the principle I am now being ghosted, ignored and the refund of R16K is not to be seen by the Principle of TFS Centre to date. To coin the phrase "Do not judge a book by it's cover", this cover lie's.
