Bad Service and Refund my towing money

On the 29 of May I was stucked in Magaliesburg and I called Themba and Family group (T&F Towing ) for their service or towing, they advice me to make a payment of R4000 before they attend to me and I did the payment and also send proof of payment. They then told me they can assist me after payment done because I didn’t do pay and clear. T&F towing further suggest I pay another money and do pay & clear snd I realized that someone is trying to **** me here. I refuse and they suggested that they will refund. From 29 May till today I have been waiting for my refund and they are taking me from pillar to post. Please assist me to get my money because I need it. If Themba and family group they have ****med me let the company be know as ********. It painful in the middle of nowhere you get stucked and you can’t be assisted while paid R4000.
