Bad Services/ Bad Attitude

Hello P , I have purchased t a waist trainer belt to Yvonne on the 1st July 2015 . The belt was suppose to be delivered within two days but till today nothing is happening. The worst part is she doesn't even bother to contact me , I have to chase her after paying my money , she is very rude with a bad customer service. I am going to open the case of theft because she Is refusing to give me money nor the belt. That's ***** because she advertise the belt and promise to deliver and failed to ,,,, I am very angry ! I will wait for the court date and she will pay for all the expenses. ***
