Rude

***e is so rude. I have no idea how the company still employs her, unless she owns the company. 0 customer service, speaks to a person as if they are a child, and absolutely no respect for customers. I am SHOCKED to be honest that a company allows anyone to treat customers the way she does. Clearly the whole company feels the same way as they do nothing about it.
