Sweet Fish and chips

At 12h48 we paid for 3 hake and chip rolls at Texies in Castle Street Cape Town. When we got to the office and started eating we found the chips sweet as if sugar instead of salt was in the chips. We called the fishery at 13h03 and spoke to Moegamat who suggested that we bring the food back for a refund. At 13h07 my colleague calls again to tell them that we can't bring the food back as our lunch is finished and it is raining outside. Moegamat promises to come himself. <br> <br> Moegamat does not ask for details he just asks for a name and promises to come. At 13h25 we call Texies again and Moegamat tells us that he is awaiting feedback from the Head office and that we must leave a number and someone will contact us.<br> <br> Why did he first tell us to bring the food back?and then promise to fetch the food and now telling us that Head office is calling us back?<br> <br> Texies in Castle Street provides bad service and you always have to complain to get the right service. It is now 13h48 and we are still waiting....
